Can He stop loving you?

Nothing can seperate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:34-39). It is amazing to read this part of God's word and it is quite humbling. This past few days, I came to the reality of this truth in my life. God is Holy-Holy-Holy, how can he take imperfect vessels like us and associate with them? David must have been stomped by this too when he said "What is man that you are mindful of him?"

When I was going through some challenges, satan started sowing his negative thoughts in my heart; I know its satan because God spoke to me later and it was clear what His thoughts were for me. When one is going through challenges (even the mess we get ourselves into), God's love for us never changes.

I was confused and I said to God can you ever forgive me? His reply was simply this; while I was yet a sinner he died for me, how much more will I be saved by his life. Our mind always overthink these things because they are not logical, we think and judge as human. God's ways and thoughts are higher than ours. Love is the higher way.

My understanding of this is that He can't stop loving me, I know religion will tell us that is not true but have you read Romans 8? It mentioned everything that in our mind should take us far from God but He still said 'nothing' can separate us from his love. What is our response to this........I think Jesus made it clear, our work is ONLY BELIEVE.

Having faith in his love changes us. Everytime I am hurt and I desperately want to hold someone in my heart and not forgive. I then remember what kind of love God shows me, everything becomes easy from there. It's great!
